What is Qasidah al-Burdah?
The Qasidah al-Burdah (“Poem of the Mantle”) is Imam al-Busiri’s most famous work, widely regarded as one of the greatest Arabic poems ever written in praise of the Prophet Muhammad .ﷺ It consists of 160 verses written in rhymed couplets, celebrating the virtues, miracles, and mercy of the Prophet ﷺ
